QSP Theory

 Having been torn trying to decide which direction is best for an organization, in terms of quality, service, and price, this theory helped me tremendously.  It turns out that different organizations specialize in their own areas, and the great ones follow the QSP theory.  To help you understand the theory, consider this triangle:
